The present sales terms are concluded on one hand by the company EDMOND, company with limited responsibility with a capital of 10 000€ whose head office is 3 bis rue des Rosiers 75004 Paris, registered at the Trade Register and the Paris Companies under the number 808 931 034, named “Edmond 2006” and on the other hand by any natural or legal person wishing to purchase an item via the website therefore named “the customer”.

The present terms address a customer who has is full legal capacity, of at least 18 years old, or if underage, guaranties to have parental consent to place his order.

The present general terms are presented in English language.



The present sales terms aim to define the contractual relation between EDMOND and the customer as well as the applicable terms for any orders placed via the website

The validation of an order implies a complete acceptance of the sales terms by the customer.

Those sales terms will prevail over any other general or particular terms not expressly approved by EDMOND.

EDMOND reserves the right to modify its sales terms at any time. In that case, the applicable terms will be the current ones at the time of the customer’s order placement.




The items sold are the ones proposed in our catalogue published on our website Each item is accompanied by a description and pictures.

The pictures in the catalogue are as accurate as possible and enter the contractual field. However, we inform the customer that they can only assure a perfect similitude. The colors of the items could not correspond to the actual colors due to the effect of the internet browser, the screen and the high-tech support used.



The prices on the catalogue are the TAX included prices, in euros, and take into account the VTA rates on the day of the order; any rate changes might be echoed on the item price.

EDMOND reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, being however understood that the price on the catalogue at the time of the order will be the only one applicable. The prices indicated do not include the shipping costs.




How to proceed


The customer who wishes to purchase an item must:

  • Fill in an identification form on which he will indicate all the coordinates asked or give his customer number if he has one.
  • Fill in the online order form by giving all the references of the chosen items.
  • Validate his order after verification
  • Carry out the payment under the conditions laid down.
  • Confirm his order and his payment. The order confirmation leads to the agreement of the present sales terms, the recognition of being entirely aware of them and the renunciation to take advantage of its own purchasing terms or of other conditions. All of the data provided and registered will serve as proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations made. EDMOND will communicate by Email the confirmation of the registered order.


Customer’s responsibility


EDMOND can in no way be taken responsible in case of an input error or the transmission of an input error preventing the email confirmation or/and the items delivery.




EDMOND is committed to deliver the items ordered within the limits of the stocks availability. In case of an item unavailability, EDMOND will offer the refund of the price of the item, within a maximum of 15 days following the payment.




EDMOND allows the customer to benefit from a withdrawal delay of 15 days. This delay begins from the date of delivery of the order. The customer does not need to justify the motive nor pay any penalty. With the exception of the return costs, who stay at the customer’s expense, EDMOND commits to refund the total cost within 15 days following the date of reception of the package by EDMOND.



EDMOND offers the customer the opportunity within 15 days:

The customer will be able to use his credit valid 3 months from the issue date, directly online for any new purchase, or at EDMOND store.


The return costs are therefore at the customer’s expense.

It is advised to do your return with “Colissimo” so that your parcel will be insured in case of loss.

The refunds are done exclusively for online purchases, by bank transfer, PayPal transfer, or at the EDMOND store.

Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. The customer will be informed by Email on the process of the return.


In the case where an item ordered is defective or if it does not correspond to the ordered item, the customer can ask for a refund.

It is to note that the present return right will only be accepted for items sent back in conditions permitting their resale by EDMOND.

The returned items worn, damaged, dirty or without their labels, boxes and protection bags will not be taken back.




The price is due with order.

The payment will be done by credit card; via a secure system. EDMOND adopted a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, so that the transmitted information is coded by a software and that no one can get them during the transfer on the network.

The present online sales terms are subject to the French law. In case of legal dispute on both form and substance, the French tribunals will be the only qualified.
